The clubhouse, called The Meridian, is the center of community life here. Community listings describe these features:

Rules and fees at Del Webb Bexley

Del Webb Bexley operates under the federal Housing for Older Persons Act, which requires that at least 80 percent of occupied homes have at least one resident 55 or older. The community's own governing documents set the specifics, including rules on younger residents, guest stays and age verification.

HOA dues, which collection they apply to, rental rules and golf cart rules are not published by Pulte/Del Webb or the county, and dues can vary by home collection. Before you make an offer, get the current combined HOA and CDD costs, what the HOA portion covers versus the CDD, the minimum lease term allowed for rentals, the rule on golf carts and any transfer or capital contribution fee in writing from the sales office and the HOA.

The Del Webb Bexley Community Development District was created by Pasco County ordinance in 2017 to finance and maintain roads, drainage and other infrastructure. Its assessment shows up as a line item on the annual property tax bill separate from the HOA dues, and it typically runs for a set number of years. Downs Boulevard. For specialty care, many residents head south on the Veterans Expressway into Tampa, home to Tampa General Hospital and Moffitt Cancer Center. Land O' Lakes sits inland from Tampa Bay, but Pasco County still assigns storm surge evacuation zones near its rivers and low-lying areas, and heavy rain from a slow-moving storm can flood retention areas regardless of distance from the coast.
