Who runs this site

Tampa Downsizing is a downsizing information resource. It is operated by licensed real estate professionals affiliated with eXp Realty. It is not a Florida real estate brokerage, it does not represent buyers or sellers in Florida and it does not list, show, negotiate or sell property.

How introductions work

When you ask to be matched, we pass the details you submit to a licensed real estate agent with eXp Realty who works in the Tampa area. That agent and their brokerage are responsible for the real estate services they provide, and any agreement you sign is between you and them.

Because we introduce you to agents affiliated with eXp Realty, this is not a search of every agent in the Tampa market. You are free to work with any agent you choose, and you are never obligated to work with the one we introduce.

How we are paid

We may receive a referral fee from the receiving agent or their brokerage if your transaction closes. It costs you nothing extra and does not change the commission you negotiate with your own agent. We tell you this because a payment we receive is something you should be able to weigh when you consider our introduction.
